Professional Consulting Services For
2026 Water Master Plan – O.F. 1796.1

The City of Great Falls is seeking proposals from highly experienced professional engineering firms to conduct an evaluation of the existing system and revise the Water Master Plan. To accomplish this, the project will include a comprehensive study to identify the system’s strengths, weaknesses, and provide recommendations to inform maintenance and development of the water system.

Sealed proposals must be received at City Engineering Office located at 1025 25th Ave NE, Great Falls, MT 59403 by 4:00 p.m. Mountain Daylight Time (MDT) on Friday, August 22nd, 2025. Proposals received after the scheduled time and date will not be considered. All supporting materials and documentation must be included with the proposal. The responsibility of timely delivery lies solely with the Consultant.  Faxed and E-Mailed proposals are not acceptable.

Through the RFQ process, the City of Great Falls intends to screen proposals and select a firm to generate a citywide water master plan using the provided water model. Utilizing this master plan, the City will prioritize improvements, maintenance, and development to the water treatment plant and to the delivery system and issue a final report.
