Temporary Road Closure 3rd St S/Central Ave to 1 Ave S

On Tuesday, January 13, 2026, Public Works Utilities will temporarily close 3rd St S from Central Avenue to 1st Avenue S. for preparations for a water main replacement and storm water main installation project, which will begin in the spring.  Local access will be maintained as much as possible during this closure. Public Works Utilities will provide traffic barricades, signs and flaggers on site during this work.
