Industrial Pretreatment Draft Permits
Section 13.12.050.G.2 of the Official Code of the City of Great Falls requires that the City take public comments on a draft permit for a period of thirty days and consider all comments that are received and incorporate any comments as appropriate prior to issuing the permit.
