Minimum Control Measures (MCM)-3 Illicit Discharge Detection and Elimination (IDDE)

The Illicit Discharge Detection and Elimination Program is an integral part of the MS4 program.  It is important for the City of Great Falls to be able to locate and eliminate  illicit discharges into the storm sewer system.  Anything that is not storm water is not allowed into the storm sewer (unless the City allows it to be an allowable discharge based on criteria of the General Permit) or as per 13.2.160 of the Official Code of the City of Great Falls.
