Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR)

The Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR) is a complete review of the City’s financial position for a given year. The ACFR is a financial report that contains, at a minimum, three sections:

• Introductory
• Financial
• Statistical

For Fiscal Year 2025, it was approved by the audit committee on January 14, 2026, and will be presented to the City Commission on January 20, 2026.

Please Note: Each year’s ACFR describes what happened financially within the City for that fiscal year and is a statement of the City’s position at one point in time (the date of the independent auditor’s report). Therefore, the information in the ACFR has not been updated for developments subsequent to the date of the independent auditor’s report.
