Utility Billing and Miscellaneous Accounts Payments

Utility Access Portal System

The new website is active and configured to take payments. Customers can also view and print bills, sign up for ebilling, and schedule future payments.  Customers will have to register (top right) and create a new profile, then add in the utility account with the new utility account number and the name exactly how it appears on the bill. Once the account is loaded, the profile is ready.  One new feature is that customers can pay multiple accounts with one payment.

Payments over the phone is still disabled, but we hope to have that enabled very soon. Thank you for your patience.

You can also make a payment on your account, by mail, by dropping your payment off at the dropbox located at the Civic Center, by paying through your financial institution, or stopping by the Civic Center Finance window.  Thank you for your patience.
