Overwatering can cause property damage not only to your property but to your neighbor, street, sidewalk and curb as well.  Monitor and adjust your sprinkler system throughout the irrigation season to insure you are not overwatering.  Check with the company that installed your system to make sure it is set correctly for your lawn and soil conditions.
