Online Utility Payments

The City of Great Falls is excited to announce the launch of our new online utility payment portal! This user-friendly platform allows customers to:

  • View and print utility bills
  • Make secure payments
  • Enroll in e-billing
  • Schedule future payments
  • Set up auto-pay using a debit card, credit card, or e-check

Getting Started:

To access the new online portal for utility payments, please do the following:

  • Click "Sign In/Register" in the upper right hand corner.
  • New users: Click "Register" to create your profile, then enter your utility account number and name exactly as shown on your bill.
  • If you manage multiple utility accounts, you only need one online profile - you can add all of your utility accounts after registering.

*Note: Customers using the "Quick Pay Option" will have limited access to features.

Important Payment Information:

  • Duplicate or over-payments cannot be refunded but will be credited to your next bill.
  • Returned payments (due to incorrect information or insufficient funds) will incur a $30 fee. This fee cannot be waived.
  • Ensure all payment details are entered accurately to avoid issues.

Pay by Phone:

Call (406) 727-7660, then press Option 1.

You'll need to enter your 9-digit account number (without the dash).

  • Follow the prompts to confirm or re-enter your payment details.
  • Returned payments (due to incorrect information or insufficient funds) will incur a $30 fee. This fee cannot be waived.
