Professional Consulting Services For Stormwater Master Plan O.F. 1361.6
The City of Great Falls is seeking proposals from highly experienced professional engineering firms to conduct an evaluation of the existing system and revise the master plan that includes an in depth summary of the existing drainage basins and drainage patterns, system layout, system capacities, system issues/deficiencies, analysis of alternatives, recommendations for system improvements, and cost estimates for improvements.
Sealed proposals must be received at City Engineering Office located at 1025 25th Ave NE, Great Falls, MT 59403 by 3:00 p.m. Mountain Standard Time (MST) on Friday March 24, 2023. Proposals received after the scheduled time and date will not be considered. All supporting materials and documentation must be included with the proposal. The responsibility of timely delivery lies solely with the Consultant. Faxed and E-Mailed proposals are not acceptable.
Through the RFQ process, the City of Great Falls intends to screen proposals and select a firm to generate a citywide master stormwater model. Utilizing this master model, prepare a master plan that includes an in depth summary of the existing drainage basins and drainage patterns, system layout, system capacities, system issues/deficiencies, analysis of alternatives, cost estimates for improvements, and recommendations for system improvements.
