Public Notices for Boards & Commissions

On occasion there is a possibility that a quorum of members of a Board and/or Commission may be attending an event or function initiated or not initiated by the City of Great Falls.  When City liaisons are made aware of invitations or notified of upcoming events/occasions not initiated by the Board/Commission, a Notice of possible quorum will be posted below.  There may be instances that a quorum occurs at an event by happenstance.  However, during these informal gatherings, there will be no agenda, no deliberations, no decisions made, and no minutes taken/prepared.

Quorum Notices

From time to time there may be public events held in the Mansfield Center in which a quorum of Mansfield Center for the Performing Arts Advisory Board may be present.  Board business will not be discussed during those events.  

Several of the HPAC members will be attending the The Big Sky Country National Heritage Area annual meeting will be a 4 pm on January 26 at the New Hope Lutheran Church at 3125 5th Ave S. This may result in a quorum. No official HPAC deliberations or decisions will be made.

The City of Great Falls will be conducting a training session for all members of Boards and Commissions who are appointed by the City Commission and for elected Neighborhood Council members.  Training will be held on January 27th, 2026 from 5:30 – 8:30 p.m.  There may be a possibility that there may be multiple Board, Commission and Council quorums during these sessions.  This is an informal gathering and no Board, Commission or Council deliberations or decisions will be made.
