Mobile Vending in City Parks

The Park and Recreation Department has adopted a policy to allow mobile vendors in nine city parks.  Those interested must go through an application process for approval.   City Parks that will allow vending are as follows

• Gibson Park (Limited basis for special events only)
• Elk's Riverside Park
• Lions Park
• Oddfellows Park
• Broadwater Bay Park
• Sight & Sound Park
• Wadsworth Park (special events only)
• Gallatin/Jaycee Park (outside of pool operating hours)
• West Bank Park

Mobile vending at all other parks is prohibited unless written permission is granted by the Park and Recreation Director for a special exemption of the policy. 

Applications are attached or can be picked up at the Park and Recreation Department.   Mobile Vending Permit does not allow the sale of any alcoholic beverages, beer and wine.
