Free North Parking Garage Summer Trial Ends September 1st, 2024
Great Falls, MT – The Free North Parking Garage Summer Parking Trial in the City's North Parking Garage will conclude on September 1st. City Staff will summarize the findings with the City Commission of the Free Parking Trial at its work session on October 1st. During this presentation, they will provide recommendations for improving the garage's utilization and ensuring that it continues to give value to Great Falls residents and Downtown Visitors.
While the first two hours of parking in North Parking Garage will no longer be free after the trial, garage parking will be offered at a competitive rate of 50 cents per hour—half the price of on-street parking. Additionally, parking in the North and South garages is free after 6 PM, on weekends, and on City holidays. On-street parking is also free after 5 PM, on weekends, and City holidays.
