Courtesy Parking Program

This parking program allows 15 or 30 minutes of free parking for downtown visitors and shoppers and is sponsored by downtown businesses. For an annual fee, a business is allowed to have the meter removed and a "Courtesy Parking" sign installed. The "courtesy" stalls are intended exclusively for patrons. Downtown business owners and/or employees cannot use those spaces. Exceeding the 15 or 30 minute time limit is a common violation and will result in the vehicle operator being cited for a sign violation.
