City to Provide Free Downtown Parking During the Holidays

CITY TO PROVIDE FREE DOWNTOWN PARKING DURING THE HOLIDAYS

Great Falls, Montana – Residents will be able to enjoy free downtown parking starting on Friday, December 12 through Sunday, December 28.

With a few weeks left of holiday shopping remaining, residents are encouraged to shop locally and support the downtown business community. To help in this endeavor, the City is providing free downtown parking in all on-street metered and kiosk locations from December 12 through December 28. Please note that the City will still enforce a two-hour limit for these downtown spaces. Free downtown parking during the holidays does not apply to parking garages or parking lots.

With over 1,000 metered spaces conveniently located within walking distance to more than a hundred downtown specialty retail shops and restaurants, there is a spot for everyone. For more questions about free downtown parking during the holidays, contact Lonnie Hill at 406-455-8432.
