Temporary Closure of River's Edge Trail Near Historic 10th Street Walking Bridge

TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF RIVER’S EDGE TRAIL NEAR HISTORIC 10^TH STREET WALKING BRIDGE

     Great Falls, Montana – Starting August 18, 2025 and tentatively running through September 30, 2025, construction will occur on the south end of the 10^th Street Bridge. This project is being funded by Preservation Cascade, Inc. The project involves the demolition of the top layer of asphalt at the south end of the 10th Street Bridge and replacing the asphalt with a 6” reinforced concrete slab. It also involves the demolition and removal of a concrete wall at south end of 10th Street Bridge and the placement of new concrete wall and guardrails. This project will not affect traffic.
