NORTH SIDE OF 10TH STREET BRIDGE RIVER’S EDGE TRAIL REOPENS NOVEMBER 6TH
GREAT FALLS, Montana – The section of River’s Edge Trail north of the 10th Street Bridge will reopen to pedestrian traffic on Wednesday, November 6th, as temporary repairs to a storm drainage utility break are now complete. North River Road (along the North Shore of the Missouri River between the bridges at 9th St N and 15th St NE) will remain closed as the City, Montana Department of Transportation, and Cascade County continue their partnership to find long-term solutions for the utility break.
Currently, there is no projected timeframe for the road to be reopened. However, further updates will be provided as this situation evolves.
For more information on road updates, contact Cascade County Public Works at 406-454-6920. The City’s Park & Recreation Department can be contacted for questions about the trail at 406-771-1265.
