Street Light Maintenance Request

If you notice a street light that is out, cycling off and on, or broken, it can be reported.  To identify which organization is responsible for repairing the light, see the Street Light Locator map.  Most street lights within the City are maintained by Northwestern Energy.  Issues can be reported directly to Northwestern Energy by calling 888-467-2669 or visiting https://www.northwesternenergy.com/customer-service/report-a-street-yard-light-issue.  

Maintenance Request:
Type of Problem *
Address of the property the light is located on, in front of, or behind.
Is the light on a Street or in an Alley *
If the Street light is on a corner lot, is it on the Avenue or the Street side of the lot?
This next question is asked so we know exactly which Street light is out. On a corner, the Street light could be on either the Avenue side or the Street side of the lot.
