Proposed 2024 Annual Action Plan

The City of Great Falls welcomes comments the proposed 2024 Annual Action Plan.

The City of Great Falls is an entitlement recipient of federal funds from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) under Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME), which are designed to benefit low and moderate income persons. In order to utilize these funds, the City must adopt an Annual Action Plan for Program Year 2024. The draft 2024 Annual Action Plan outlines proposed activity allocations for the next year in order to achieve the City’s overall goals and objectives outlined in the 2020-2024 Consolidated Plan. The City of Great Falls expects its balances for Program Year 2024 to be $754,777.74 for CDBG funds and $231,257.10 for HOME funds.
