Use the following links to fill out and electronically sign forms related to City Utility Accounts. All forms open in new browser tab(s). Please note: if the form comes up as a blank screen refresh the screen, and it should show.
New Residential Utility Account:
Fill out and e-sign:

New Commercial Utility Account:

Existing Utility Account:
- Bank Drafting Application -- Bank Drafting, or Direct Pay, allows customers have their monthly utility payment pulled from their bank account automatically. You will be required to upload a copy of a voided check or letter on letterhead from your financial institution.
- Termination of Bank Drafting -- Stop Bank Drafting/Direct Pay of monthly utility bill.
- Application for Discounted Senior Citizen Sanitation Rate -- To quality for the discounted garbage rate, applicants must be at least 65 years old and be the principal resident of the property. Only one residence per customer will qualify for the reduced rate.
- Temporary Suspension of Sanitation Service -- Residents who spend the winter away from Great Falls can apply to pause garbage services for 2 - 6 months while gone.
