Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program

The City of Great Falls has a HUD CDBG Program available through the Planning and Community Development Department which is designed to meet low income housing and community development needs. Funds for this program are provided through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.

The CDBG program is intended to fund non-profit organizations and municipalities in carrying out activities such as public improvements and infrastructure, public services, economic development, and affordable housing.

The City will begin accepting applications for CDBG funding after the approval of the 2024-25 Annual Action Plan.  Please monitor this page for future updates.
