The City of Great Falls (City) invites qualified businesses (the Vendor) to submit proposals for providing high quality utility bill printing, folding, stuffing, and mailing services for the City’s utility bills at a competitive price.

Sealed Proposals must be delivered to Laura Lynch at the above-referenced address no later than 5:00 pm, MDT, September 30, 2024.
