FINANCE DEPARTMENT OFFICE CLOSURE

Great Falls, Montana – Beginning Wednesday, November 5, 2025, the City of Great Falls Finance Department will move its monthly staff meeting from the first Thursday to the first Wednesday of each month. As a result, the Utilities payment window and customer service will be closed from 8:00 am to 10:15 am during these monthly meetings.

During the time of the monthly meetings, customers needing to pay utility bills may:

  • Use the drop boxes outside the Convention Center or beside the payment window
  • Pay online at https://gfmt.link/gfupay
  • Pay by phone at (406) 727-7660, option 1

Customer service calls will go to voicemail and will be returned after 10:15 am. Messages will be returned as quickly as possible and in the order received.
