ONE PERSON SENT TO HOSPITAL FROM STRUCTURE FIRE

Great Falls, MT– Wednesday, January 29th, 2025, at 11:30 PM, GFFR responded to a working structure fire at 4811 2ndAve N.  Crews arrived to find a mobile home fully involved in fire, along with a truck and items on the exterior of the structure.  It took the crews 30 minutes to get the fire under control while also dealing with a large propane tank. Two residents were home at the time the fire started and were able to exit the structure on their own.  One male was transported to the hospital for burns.  The home along with its contents were a total loss.  A second alarm was initiated while MT ANG and Malmstrom Fire Departments back filled the Stations 3 and 4.  The fire is still currently under investigation.
