Why can't the City of Great Falls Animal Shelter save all the cats?

The important thing to understand  is that saving all the cats means finding the right outcome for every cat, even if that means never taking them to the shelter. The Million Cat Challenge is a national project to help save the lives of cats across the nation. This life-saving campaign has over 6 years of documented success through their 5 key initiatives.  GFAS has taken steps to successfully implement these initiatives and will continue to work to find the right outcome for all the cats.
