My name is Delnita Davis. I have spoken to you before about my neighbor Bret Irish. I have a vinyl fence around my property. This fence is located on MY property. My neighbor has pallets that he has stacked against my fence. when the wind blows my fence does move back and forth a bit causing the pallets to rub against my fence. Is there any way I can prohibit him from putting said pallets against my fence? This fence wasn't cheap and would like it to last as long as possible.
