Great Falls SubAward recipients are responsible for administering their projects in accordance with all federal, state, and local requirements. This page and its resources are intended to help SubAward recipients throughout that process.
City Policy
SubAward recipients will adhere to the purchasing and contracting policies outlined in the City financial policy.
Draw Down Form
SubAward recipients must submit this form along with the appropriate documentation when requesting a drawdown.
Reporting Form
All SubAward recipients will submit quarterly reports. These reports will serve as progress updates for the City Commission and interested Great Falls residents. Summaries of those reports will be presented to the Commission and published here. Recipients will submit quarterly reports within 10 Calendar days of the end of a reporting period. Reports will be due on April 10th, July 10th, October 10th, and January 10th. If a reporting deadline falls a on a non-business day (weekend, holiday, etc.) the recipient will have until the next business day to submit the report.
