I AM WRITEING FOR MY SISTER PATTY R. PORTER SHE IS IN HOSPILE AND VERY ILL AND HAS NOT A LONG TIME TO LIVE. SHE HAS BEEN GETTING SUPIENAED TO GO TO COURT FOR SOMETHING SHE HAS NO IDEA ABOUT. SHE RECIEVED ANOTHER ONE HER SON FOUND ON DOOR A HER HOME HE DID BRING UP TO HER AND NOW DOC. NURSES SAID SHES SO UP SET OVER THIS AND THE CLOSTAME BAG SHE'LL BE WEARING THE LUPUS HAS EAT UP MANY ORGANS IN HER AND THIS ALL WAS STARTED BY HER WELL EXHUSBUND WHO LEFT HER OVER A YEAR AGO HES WITH A REALLY YOUNG GIRL LIKE 20 SOMETHING HES 60 YEARS OLD SO HE LEFT HER AND SHE FILED FOR DIVORCE, BUT HES STAYING IN THE STATE OF WYO. IN VA HOSPILE BUT SHE WAS TOLD TO WAIT UNTILL HE GETS OUT. HE KNOWS HE DID WRONG HIM AND HIS GIRL, HES THE ONE THEY NEED TO TALK TO NOT PATTY , SHES TO SICK AND HES BEEN WANTING HER DEAD FOR YEARS,I KNOW THIS SOUNDS ALITTLE OFF BUT MY SISTER IS ALL I GOT AND SHE CAN NOT KEEP BE HARESSED BY CITY ATT ECT SHE IS DIEING AND THEY ARE MAKEING TO HAPPEN EVEN THE BENF. HOSP. DOC, NURSES KNOW THAT AND HER PHYSIATRIST SHE DISABLED AND CAN NOT DO ANY COURT WITNESS, AND SHE KNOWS NOTHING ANY WAY SO PLEASE TAKE HER OFF AND TYPE OF COURT PROCEGERS. AS OF NOW SHE IS IN BENIFITS EAST, GREAT FALLS MT. THANK YOU; JANET

Dear Janet,

I received your request.  I spoke with the City Prosecutor and she said that the Defendant is going to change her plea.  Our office will not be needing Patricia's testimony in this matter.   Sorry to hear about your sister, hope she gets well soon.
