PLEASE I am begging you to monitor this area for speeders and road rage. From 13th Avenue South on 14th Street South up to 20th Street South (in both directions--North and South). That is a LONG block and there are so many speeders. Two just had major road rage and blew the stop sign at 13th Avenue South and 14th Street South. Then right after that another coming from 20th Street South traveling Westbound on 13th Avenue South, I am not joking, they HAD to be going a good 50 mph. It is just a speeders fest in these two locations.

Please do something. Please!
