Can you please help with getting this resolved. At 215 12th Street North they are turning the cans so that is not able to empty the entire can and garbage is falling on the ground that doesn't make it into the truck. Not only that but they are loading building material with lumber and other construction refuse. This has been a continuing issue with this home. Anytime the people there have been addressed, it has been with verbal hostility. Now there is a mess that the trucks left behind
