I am working with Quality Life Concepts and I have a client who is interested in helping at the shelter. We work with Vocational Rehabilitation where we help set up job shadows and work experiences at different businesses around town. Vocational Rehab helps by providing these clients with wages and insurance during their work experiences and I am there to provide on-the-job supports. Is there something that we can get set up over there? The client i am working with has previous work experience at Fetch, volunteer experience at the Maclean Animal Shelter, as well as helping at Best Friends Animal Hospital. He was responsible for feeding, watering, walking, and caring for the animals during his time at these different locations. Hi Tyler,

We would be happy to have him come help. The first step would be to complete our Volunteer Application. From there we do a background check and the get him set up with orientation. We can work with him/you to figure out where is strengths are and find just the right niche for him here at the shelter.
