Hello! We are working on a tenant improvement of an existing building, expanding a dock and massaging the parking lot. We would like to have the opportunity to share our proposed plans and have a pre application meeting so that all your departments can express their requirements for a smooth transition into plan submission. Would your group kindly guide me in the correct direction to set this up?

It was a pleasure talking to you on the phone this morning. I can confirm that you have a pre-application meeting on Wednesday, September 4th, at 2 pm with Tracy here at the Civic Center, Room 112. Included in this meeting is the building department, public works, environmental, and fire. Please reach out if you have any questions or concerns leading up to this meeting.
