I know marijuana is legal, but is are person allowed to grow 8 or 10 plants in their yard? I can’t image a person needs that much, if they’re growing to sell it shouldn’t that be something that would be done commercially? I don’t believe the landlord is aware this is happening, and I think situations like this create opportunities for problems. Please advise, I’m tired of smelling it in my kitchen window. They always say if you see something,say something. Thank you.
