I have a tree on my boulevard with roots that are pushing up the sidewalk significantly. It's very uneven and I'm worried someone will trip. But I'm unsure if that's my responsibility as a home owner or if that's a city maintenence issue? And if so who do I need to contact? And if it's on me what are the specifications and requirements? Thank you for the help!
