Overgrown city lots

There are city owned empty lots next to 4405 Central Ave. The weeds at this site are well over knee high. We are not sure how the city does not have to keep their properties maintained when private property owners are required to. My Mother has lived at 4405 for several years. This is not the first time we have had to call to gets these lots taken care of.
