In reference to "Focus on Locomotive Idling" publication put out by Washington State Department of Ecology, what can be done, if anything, about the unnecessary idling of locomotives in the Great Falls rail yard?

Mr. Speidel, 

Thank you for this recommendation.  I will share this with the City Commission for their consideration.  It may be something they would incorporate in their initiatives for the upcoming years.
