I live on 17th St and 2nd Ave S., near Memorial Stadium. A large old, rusty work truck (the box is filled with tree branches), an empty flatbed trailer, and a white pickup (parked in the yellowed curb section} have been parked at the corner of 18th St. and 2nd Ave S. for quite some time. They obstruct the view when I try to pull out onto 2nd Ave S. from 18th St.

Is there something that can be done to get them to move.
