Hi! I’m getting married this June and moving to Massachusetts. I have been working on filing for an aesthetician’s license. Since I’m already licensed in Montana, actively to this date, I’ve just been submitting the paperwork they need to approve a license. One of the forms I need to submit is a CORI with a signature from a DOL employee. I have a saved file of this form filled out if you want me to send that or if you have an office in Kalispell that I can get this done at I’d greatly appreciate the help. Thank you so much for your time.

I'd suggest contacting the State Board of Barbers and Cosmetologists (https://boards.bsd.dli.mt.gov/barber-and-cosmetologists/).  I believe they'd be better able to fulfill your request.

Hello! thanks for your fast response, and yes that would be correct. I emailed the Massachusetts board of Barbers and Cosmetologist and they said it was something I could get done in any state. So from my understanding a CORI is a Criminal Offender Record Information form and a DOL stands for Division of Licensure. I believe that would have a different name here. From what I understand it’s just stating that I don’t have a criminal record or in a sense a background check.

What is your definition of "DOL"?  "Department of Labor"?
