Hi, I am contacting you because Texas is in a crisis: there is a MASSIVE dog overpopulation problem. Most Texas shelters are at, and consistently STAY at CODE RED and euthanize dogs daily for space. The ONLY way we can save lives is to GET AS MANY DOGS AS POSSIBLE OUT OF TEXAS. Can you make space for some Texas dogs - either on a one-time basis or ongoing? PLEASE let me know ASAP, thank you SO much for your consideration and for all you do for the animals! PS - if you cannot currently help, do you know anyone who can? We are DESPERATE to save lifes! PLEASE keep our TX dogs in the forefront of your mind - if you can't help right now but there comes a time you ARE able to help, we would very much appreciate the assistance, thank you again!

We deeply sympathize with the crisis you are facing. At The City of Great Falls Animal Shelter, we share a common goal of ensuring the well-being of animals, and we understand the urgency of finding solutions to the overpopulation issue. Unfortunately, at this time, our shelter is also facing overcapacity challenges, making it difficult for us to accommodate additional dogs.

We truly appreciate your dedication to saving lives, and we regret that we are unable to assist in this particular instance. Please know that your cause is in our thoughts, and we hope that you find the support needed to address the pressing situation in Texas.

Thank you for understanding, and we remain committed to the well-being of animals.

Best regards,

The City of Great Falls Animal Shelter
