driver harassing pedestrian crossing 10th Ave S at 23rd St S

I have been nearly hit by the same driver at 23rd Street South and 10th Ave S crossing on multiple occasions. It happened again this morning at ~7:25am. He accelerates on a left turn onto 10Ave S to make me scramble out of the way. Beige car with a young man with facial hair. What should I do?
Should I get his license plate number? Take a picture with my phone? Just let him hit me? I cannot always get out of his way. I feel that this is purposeful intimidation of a pedestrian.

If you can safely do so, please take a photo or video with your phone, especially if you can get an image of the driver and/or the license plate. Please take your safety as the first and highest priority. If this happens again, please immediately call 9-1-1 to make the report at the time of the incident. You may also call 406-455-8599, the non-emergency line, if you feel that more appropriate.

Please know that this forum is not continuously monitored nor is it intended for the reporting and investigation of crimes. Notifying dispatch at 9-1-1 or the non-emergency line would be your best course of action should this happen again.
