The stretch of road on 19th ave. From 19th street to 20th is shot full of pot holes can this be fixed? With all the new apartment building built on 24th ave from 19th street to 26th street traffic has picked up and ruin the side streets. Also 20 th street from 21st Ave to the ally of 19th street is horrible also.
