In regards to low cost spay/neuter you will want to contact Pet-Paw-See at 406-231-1132. They offer a monthly low cost spay/neuter clinic for cats.
For vaccinations, you will want to build a relationship with a local vet. Many in town will allow you to build an account with monthly payments so that if something were to happen you already have an account with payment created. Until then, you can take them to Petco on the third Saturday of the month for low cost vaccinations.
The shelter offers microchipping services for $25 per animal. You will need to provide proof of rabies vaccination and have them in a carrier.
