I am extremely disappointed to see that 3 commissioners voted to politicize the library board appointment, eliminating a duly nominated and qualified applicant in favor of a new candidate who does not seem to be a library supporter and has supported extremist conspiracy theories. Why has this appointment policy been changed only for the library? Great Falls is better than this and has previously supported our fine library staff.
