The white 4 plex on 615 8th st N has regular tenants and STEED construction living there. They have 11 vehicles taking up all of the parking along 8th St. there is a 2 door red 150 that never moves, a silver ford edge with no plates, and a white truck in the alley that has not moved in months. This was a problem way before the construction on 7th Ave N. We tried to talk with them and come up with a solution and got pushback.
