We have a neighbor that continues to park in the alley way and blocks part of it that we can barley get our cars in and sometimes cannot fit our truck in the alley. In the alleyway between 14Th street north and 15th street north and 1st Ave north and 2nd Ave north. They park behind their garage but block half the alley. Who do we need to talk to besides them now ? It’s the neighbor on the end of the alley closest to 15th st north

The alley was checked this morning and there are no vehicles blocking the alley area.
