I received your public notice letter pertaining to the proposed rate increase beginning June 1, 2023. I understand the need for the increase. However, I would like to see BUDGET BILLING come back. You have a lot of customers that pay their bills on time every month. However, with summer watering season just around the corner, our water bills can be extremely high. I don't understand why BUDGET BILLING is not an option for your responsible customers. I am to the point where my back yard may be dead this year because I don't want to have $200 water bills. I see dead lawns everywhere in our town and it is mainly because people can't afford their summer water bills. Please bring BUDGET BILLING back.
