Hello, my daughter ran over the protective plates put in holes in the street from utility work on 33rd St S and 15th Ave S by Russell Park. The plate flipped out into the undercarriage of her car and damaged the shock and something else under there. I am wondering how we go about getting this taken care of? Thank you for your help!
