Hello I wanted to report some stolen property, I read that if the value of the stolen property is over 1500 to not fill out and submit the online report form. How do I go about everything? My stuff was taken to my wife's sister's house then her sister kicked her out and is refusing to give us our stuff back. Thank you for the help.
