I have left two messages for someone to call me from your Accounts Payable division. My name is Lorraine Karwaski and I work in Montana Dept of Environmental Quality (DEQ) in Helena in our Fiscal Bureau. I received a check from the City of Great Falls - Ck #472693 for $1811.00 - I need to know what this payment applies to, either an Invoice # or application/paperwork. I have contacted our divisions and no one knows what this is for. Please have someone contact me at 406-444-5399 or Lorraine.Karwaski@mt.gov to get this cleared up. If no answer by this Friday, March 24th, MT DEQ will refund this check. Thank you for your consideration.

Lorraine,

I sent an email with an attachment showing the breakdown of the payment to DEQ.  It is for OF 1467.1 Lower Northside Water Main Replacement - Phase 2.  Hope that helps.  Let us know if you need anything else.
