Remodeling of residence at 3221 Central Avenue is generating debris which is being placed in residential trash receptacles in alley. Concern is not only that containers are being filled, but also that hazardous waste may be present. Considering age of house and time it has been vacant, potential for asbestos, mold, etc exists.

Sanitation Manager took photos of the 2 - 300 gallon containers filled.  Containers emptied and new owner charged for the pick up.

Multiple dumpsters are now filled past capacity, and residential use is now impossible.
