I believe it was just heaving from the thaw? Appears to be fine now and for the past several months.

The consensus was there is no leak and the ground was heaving from it getting warmer and the frost ?????? Time will tell.

Good morning,
I was checking in to see if this issue was resolved. I know that we had sent one of our inspectors over to take a look but I don't recall anything being relayed back to me. I believe they were looking for a leak or broken pipe/main and couldn't find anything. If this is still an issue please reach out to us. Per city code it is up to the property owner to maintain the sidewalks so unfortunately if the sidewalk is deemed hazardous it would be up to the property owner to fix it. Please don't hesitate to reach out at your convenience.
Thank you,
Rosa
